MICHAEL C. FOWLER, PLS, Principal, is a professional land surveyor licensed in the state of Washington. Mike has been with the company since its first year of operation and has over twenty-five years experience in the responsible position of Office Manager and Project Manager. His duties include managing field surveying projects from inception to completion. This includes interfacing with clients, cost estimates, technical approach, and client satisfaction.

JOHN A. BAALMAN, PLS, Principal, is a professional land surveyor licensed in the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho and a member of the Land Surveyors Association of Washington and the Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon. John has thirty-five years of surveying experience with twenty-five years in the responsible position of Office Manager and Project Manager. His duties include managing surveying projects at all stages. He is also our GPS and conventional network design and adjustment expert, overseeing all phases of large scale survey control projects.

GARY B. WAGNER, PLS, Principal, is a professional land surveyor licensed in the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho and a member of the Land Surveyors Association of Washington and the Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon. Gary has thirty-eight years of surveying experience with twenty-five years in the responsible position of Office Manager and Project Manager. His duties include managing surveying projects from inception to completion, office product and project administration, quality assurance of overall project scope, technical approach, and client satisfaction. Gary is also a private pilot, and uses these skills to coordinate our recon program and facilitate coordination of long-range projects and field crew transportation for the company.

DAVID P. BAALMAN, PLS, is a professional land surveyor licensed in the states of Washington, Idaho and Montana and a member of the Land Surveyor’s Association of Washington. He is a graduate of the University of Wyoming’s Land Surveying program, & has fifteen years of surveying experience with seven years in the responsible position of Field Manager and Project Manager. Dave’s experience includes all phases of field and office work relating to the surveying field. He is a field crew party chief, as well as our hydrographic survey manager; a Washington State licensed boat operator, and our expert in Hypack, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 and Microstation.

KEVIN T. ROUSH, PLS, has 26 years of surveying experience, 20 with Rogers Surveying as Chief of Parties on a variety of projects, particularly boundary surveys, dam deformation surveys, and topographic surveys. Kevin has extensive experience in boundary, photo control, and topographic surveys and is proficient in operating all types of survey field equipment. His duties include coordinating daily field crew assignments and overseeing our instrument calibration program and crew-training program. Mr. Roush is also our expert in dam deformation surveys, high order elevation surveys, and deep woods boundary surveys.

MICHAEL F. HARRINGTON, LSIT, is a land surveyor in training in the State of Washington. Mike has twenty-five years of surveying experience including training as a US Army Artillery Surveyor. His experience includes all phases of field and office work relating to the surveying field. Mike is our expert in volume computations, topography, and surveys of environmental restoration projects. His duties include field surveying & office drafting & computations.
