RSI has on staff
two in-office survey technicians.
MICHAEL F. HARRINGTON
has
15 years of surveying experience, 4 with Rogers Surveying as instrument person and party
chief on a variety of projects, particularly route surveys and construction surveys,
boundary surveys, photo control, and topographic surveys. Mr. Harrington also is an
experienced drafter with extensive training in the field of AutoCAD drafting and
Softdesk.
He is proficient in operating total station E.D.M.s, G.P.S. receivers, and collecting
data. He has extensive experience and training in the use of Softdesk Survey,
Earthworks, Cogo, Digital Terrain Modeling, Advanced Design and Design Modules.

RICHARD P. JOB
has
a degree in Engineering Technology and is very accomplished in the use of AutoCAD drafting
software, having drafted numerous short plats, record of surveys, and plats.
Projects include plats, short plats, record surveys and topographic surveys. Mr.
Job takes the drawing from the input of raw coordinates to the finished drawing. He
also has experience in the input of drawings and attributes into a GIS system. He
has been responsible for drafting the Benton County GPS Network Record of Survey, the City
of West Richland utility/infrastructure and parcel mapping.
